Recipe Ingredients for peanut bars

1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups oats
2 cups puffed rice cereal
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for peanut bars

bake the seeds, germ, and nuts if not already roasted. microwave together PB, syrup and sugar. fold into dry ingredients to combine, bake in a lined 8x8 pan. refrigerate.
