Recipe Ingredients for Peanut Banana Bread

4 bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Peanut Banana Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the dry, then mix the wet, then mix them both together! Mix until well combined, I mashed out the chunks of banana until somewhat smooth.

  3. Pour into a sprayed cake pan.

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on your bread towards the end, it should be golden brown.

  5. Let cool for 15 minutes and then slice and enjoy!
