Recipe Ingredients for Peachy Pork Picante

1 pound boneless pork loin
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup Salsa
1/3 cup peach preserves

Recipe Directions for Peachy Pork Picante

  1. Mix paprika, cumin, oregano, onion flakes, garlic powder, and red pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Cut pork into small, 1 inch cubes.

  3. Place pork and spices in a ziploc bag and marinate in the refridgerator 1-2 hours.

  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork and cook, stirring until browned on all sides.

  5. Add salsa and peach preserves. Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring often, until pork is cooked through.
