24 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Rib (Chops), Boneless
2 tsp Taco
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 oz Pace Picante Sauce

Recipe Directions for Peachy Pork Picante

  1. Cut pork into 3/4 inch cubes. Coat with taco seasoning mix.

  2. Cook pork in a frying pan in oil until cooked through,

  3. Add salsa and preserves and simmer covered for 15 min.
