Wonderful breakfast pizza!! I use whole-wheat english muffins for extra fiber!

Recipe Ingredients for Peachy Pizza

1/2 english muffin
1/8 cup chopped peaches
2 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
1 tsp light sour cream
1 ground cinnamon to taste
1/2 tsp light brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Peachy Pizza

  1. Preheat broiler

  2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread evenly over top of english muffin.

  3. Add peaches, cinnamon and brown sugar to the muffin.

  4. Bake until cheese is browns around the edges. (About 2 minutes.)

  5. Cut in half and enjoy!
