Pureed peaches makes the liquid for these pancakes. Add chopped pecans for more calories, but better taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Peachy Pancakes

1 c self rising flour
1/4 c nonfat dry milk solids
1 cup Peaches, pureed
1 T peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Peachy Pancakes

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Add a little water, if batter is too thick.

  2. Cook on hot griddle. Serve with more pureed fruit or favorite syrup.
