Using the greek yogurt and some fat free cottage chesse is an easy way to boost my protein intake. These make a great snack or drink to have with my egg white omlete breakfast...it makes me feel like I am indulging! Makes 2 servings, 1 1/2 cup each.

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Smoothie

1 container Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches

Recipe Directions for Peach Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in a blender with 3-4 ice cubes and truvia to taste( as needed).
