Delicious Peach Pie. When really juicy don't use all juice in the batter.

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Pie

6 cups sliced peaches
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts All Ready Rolled
1 tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Peach Pie

  1. Boil water, rinse whole peaches, cut an X on the peach and boil. Peel. Cut up in slices. Add sliced peaches in a bowl, add sugar, flour, lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix. Get pillsbury pie crust and spread over pie pan. Add peaches and place butter over pie. Put Second layer of pillsbury pie crust. Bake in the oven for 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Make sure to rotate 35 minutes into baking. Set in cooling rack, let cool and set for 40 minutes and ENJOY!
