Recipe Ingredients for Peach Pancake Syrup

2 cups sliced peaches
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon corn starch

Recipe Directions for Peach Pancake Syrup

Put all ingredients except 1/4 cup orange juice and corn starch in small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook until peaches begin to soften, about five minutes. Mix remaining orange juice and corn starch until well blended. Add to boiling fruit and stir, continue cooking until sauce thickens and turns clear. Serve warm.
