Recipe Ingredients for peach mulligatawny with chickpeas

2 tbs canola oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
1 cup celery
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs ginger
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbs curry powder
1 tbs cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp pepper
3 peaches
2 cups chickpeas
5 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups kale

Recipe Directions for peach mulligatawny with chickpeas

saute chopped up veggies, then throw in garlic ginger and jalapeno & saute some more. Add spices and water, add peaches chickpeas and raisins & simmer about 1/2 hour. Add shredded kale at the end, cook about 10 minutes more.
