Recipe Ingredients for Peach Mango Topping

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches
1 cup, sliced Mangos
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Peach Mango Topping

  1. Peal, pit and slice peach and add to non-stick pan on med-high heat.

  2. Peal, pit and slice mango and add to blender or Food Processer with water and ginger (use fresh ginger if you have)

  3. Puree the Mango until soomth, add to the heating peaches and cook until tender and the sauce thickens.
