Makes 3 to 4 six-ounce servings. From half-assed kitchen (theirs uses berries, but I don't like seeds in my drinks :)

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Mango smoothie

140 gram mango
140 gram peaches
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Peach Mango smoothie

  1. Optional additions:

  2. 1 scoop protein powder

  3. 1 Tablespoon flax seeds (which is healthy, but makes the smoothie decidedly less...smooth)

  4. Dump it all into a blender and mix well.
