Recipe Ingredients for Peach Ginger Crisp

3 3/8 pounds peaches
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Peach Ginger Crisp

Peel and slice peach and mix with cornstarch, lemon juice and fresh ginger. Arrange peaches in a 9 by 9 oven pan. Combine all other ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Spray the top of the dry mixture with baking canola spray to get golden crisp. Bake for about one hour or until golden brown.
