Low fat fruit crisp for summer fruit

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Crisp

4 peaches
2 nectarines
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Peach Crisp

  1. Slice peaches and nectarines in bowl. Sprinkle with 2 T. sugar. Stir in almond extract. Put into 8 inch square pan.

  2. Mix oatmeal and flour and cinnamon. Mush butter with oatmeal mix until small bits. Spread over peaches to edges.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned
