A good way to enjoy fresh peaches without too many calories

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Crisp

22 oz peaches
1 c oatmeal
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/4 c butter
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Peach Crisp

Peal and slice the peaches. Add 1/8 c flour and 1/8 c brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to the peaches. Place mixture in a baking dish. Melt the butter, add the remaining brown sugar and mix well. Then add the flour and the oatmeal. Spread the fruit mixture evenly on top of the oatmeal mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until you can see bubbles in the peach mixture.
