22 grams Cornstarch
3 grams Cinnamon, Ground
2 grams Nutmeg, Ground
85 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
51 grams Sugars, Brown
57 grams Unsalted Butter
44 grams Chopped Pecans
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Peach crisp pie

  1. mix peaches, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan till bubbly

  2. bake piecrust at 375 for 10 min

  3. pour peaches in crust

  4. oatmeal crisp topping

  5. mix oats, brown sugar, butter, nuts and cinnamon together with a pastry blender to the size of peas

  6. sprinkle crisp topping on top of peaches

  7. bake for 20 min at 375 or till brown and bubbly

  8. enjoy
