Incorrect it's not apple juice - need apple juice concentrate (used 4x a.j. conc amount to fix calories) and incorrect barley flour (used .6 times flour amt to fix calories)

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Cobbler

8 cups sliced peaches
7 T arrowroot
4 c. apple juice
1 1/5 c. barley flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 c. oil
3 c. apple juice

Recipe Directions for Peach Cobbler

  1. Mix arrowroot in COLD apple juice and cook 1st 3 ingredients over low/med heat till thick. Pour into baking dish.

  2. Mix 2nd 4 ingreds and pour over peaches (or use any fruit). Bake 20 mins at 400.
