Recipe Ingredients for Peach Cobbler

1 box Yellow Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
1 stick butter
1 cup milk
3 cups peaches
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Peach Cobbler

Place peach slices (canned or fresh) on the bottom of a deep oven safe dish. Drain most of the juice. Sprinkle sugar and corn starch on top. Gently mix with a spoon. Evenly disribute on bottom of the dish. Sprinkle all of cake mix evenly on top (it is okay if it has lumps). Don't press down. Poor on top melted butter and milk evenly. Bake at 375 degrees with lid for 25 minutes, and then 20 minutes without lid. Cobbler is done when it is bubbling and turning slightly brown on top.
