Recipe Ingredients for Peach Cobbler Oatmeal

4 cups oatmeal
2 cups frozen peaches
2 tablespoons Smart Balance
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
2 c water

Recipe Directions for Peach Cobbler Oatmeal

  1. Add frozen peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, sugar to water.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Add oatmeal and cook until tender (don't use instant, as this adds too much sodium!).

  4. Add Smart Balance and enjoy!
