1 stick butter
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 cup self-rising flour
2 cups peaches

Recipe Directions for Peach Cobbler (2.9 Cal/gm)

  1. Melt butter. Mix 1 cup of sugar and the flour together. Stir in melted butter until smooth. Pour into buttered baking dish.

  2. Cut up peaches and distribute over the batter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar and bake at 350 until golden - about 40 to 60 minutes.
