Recipe Ingredients for Peach/Blueberry Slim Down Bars

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for Peach/Blueberry Slim Down Bars

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients

  2. Blend in applesauce, egg & vanilla

  3. Stir in fruit

  4. Pour into lightly sprayed 9x13 pan

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350

  6. Cool, cut and eat
