This is an easy 7 ingredient cobbler that is quick to put together from pantry ingredients and frozen fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Peach & Blueberry Easy Cobbler

1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp almond extract
373 g frozen peaches
280 g frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Peach & Blueberry Easy Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 pan.

  3. Mix together flour, sugar, milk, and extract. Spoon flour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir.

  4. Spoon thawed fruit over flour mixture, but do not stir.

  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes; check it after 35 minutes and it could take as long as 45-50

  6. minutes depending on how wet the fruit was.

  7. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
