I adapted this recipe from a magazine. The original recipe called for apples and orange juice concentrate.

Recipe Ingredients for Peach Blueberry Crisp

4 c. peaches
2 cups blueberries
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T all-purpose flour
1 t ground cinnamon
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T all-purpose flour
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1 3/10 c. butter

Recipe Directions for Peach Blueberry Crisp

  1. In a larg bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-in. spuare baking dish. For topping combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over fruit.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. or until topping is golden and fruit is tender. Serve warm.
