Recipe Ingredients for Peach Blackberry Crisp -D A-

2 large fresh peaches
1/4 pint fresh blackberries
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup quick oats
1/8 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/6 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon cold butter
1/2 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Peach Blackberry Crisp -D A-

Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Arrange peaches in an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Scatter blackberries on top. Stir sugar and cornstarch together and sprinkle over fruit followed by lemon zest. Mix together topping and sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
