Warm and gooey peaches, raspberries, strawberries, baked with a sweet crunchy oat streusel topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Peach and Berry Crisp

1/2 cup granulated sugar
0.33 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 peaches
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Peach and Berry Crisp

  1. Preheat overn to 375, grease 2Q baking dish with butter.

  2. Mix in a large bowl:

  3. .5 cup granulated sugar,

  4. .33 cup sour cream,

  5. 1 egg,

  6. 2 tbsp all purpose flour,

  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  8. Fold in fruit (slice the peaches, with skin on)

  9. Put mixture in baking dish

  10. Mix in food processor until crumbly:

  11. .5 cup flour

  12. .5 cup rolled oats

  13. .5 cup brown sugar

  14. 4 tbsp butter cold, cubbed

  15. Stir in:

  16. .5 cup walnuts

  17. Evenly layer mix on top of fruit that is in baking dish.

  18. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and filling bubbles.
