peach & berry cobbler (can use strawberries or blackberries or other berry)

Recipe Ingredients for peach & berry cobbler

3 cups peaches, frozen, sliced
1 cup strawberries, frozen, sliced
3 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp smart balance 37% buttery spread

Recipe Directions for peach & berry cobbler

  1. Thaw peaches and strawberries. Slice into bite-sized pieces. Coat peaches & berries in orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp flour and let sit 5 minutes. Pour into greased 6x9x3 oval baker.

  2. Combine remaining sugar, flour, oatmeal and butter. Mix until combined & coarse pea sized. Spread over peach mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350.
