2 large peaches, peeled, sliced
1 med banana, peeled, sliced
1 1/2 c skim milk
6 strawberries, frozen
2 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Peach, Banana, Strawberry Smoothie II

  1. Pour milk into blender.

  2. Add peaches, banana, and strawberries. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add flax seed. Blend to mix.

  4. Pour into 2 glasses.
