Simple dip made with frozen peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Pea & Yogurt Dip

2 cup Peas, Green
100 grams Lowfat Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pea & Yogurt Dip

Defrost peas by microwaving for 2 minutes with water. Drain. Add to blender with 1/4 cup water. Blitz. Transfer to a bowl and mix in yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.
