Recipe Ingredients for Pea Stew

1 serving Garden Peas (euro-shopper)
100 grams Carrots
200 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pea Stew

  1. Saute the onion in the olive oil.

  2. Add the peas, stir for 3', add the carrots and potatoes (cut in small pieces or as you like). Saute for 3'-5'.

  3. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, water (barely cover the ingredients), dille, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cook for about 30' in medium-low heat.
