Recipe Ingredients for Pea Soup

400 g frozen peas
160 g onion
160 g potato
10 g butter
2 stock cubes
2 tsp tarragon
700 g boiling water

Recipe Directions for Pea Soup

  1. fry onion in butter

  2. dice potato and add with stock

  3. simmer until potato is soft

  4. add peas and tarragon

  5. simmer for 3 minutes

  6. blend until soft

  7. serve
