50 g daikon
1 cup Organic Pea Shoots
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 pinch sea salt

Recipe Directions for Pea Shoot & Daikon Salad

  1. Cut pea shoots to two-inch lengths.

  2. Using the larger side of cheese grater or a food processor with shredding blade, shred daikon (about a third of an average daikon).

  3. Combine pea shoots and shredded daikon in medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and toss.
