Recipe Ingredients for Pea-Pine-Fu

3/4 c. sorbet, peach
3/4 c. white grape juice
1/2 c. tofu, silken
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 c. diced peaches, frozen
1 c. diced pineapple, frozen

Recipe Directions for Pea-Pine-Fu

  1. Combine the sorbet, grape juice, tofu and lime juice in a blender.

  2. Add the peaches and pineapple.

  3. Blend until smooth.
