This is an adapted recipe from a cooking show.

Recipe Ingredients for Pea Pancakes

1 cup of frozen peas, thawed
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of curry powder

Recipe Directions for Pea Pancakes

  1. Put peas, egg, onion and garlic, water and oil into the bowl of a food processor and puree.

  2. Add flour, baking powder, curry powder and puree until a smooth batter forms.

  3. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Using a small ladle, add batter to the hot pan to make 3? pancakes.

  6. Cook on the first side until bubbles form on top, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
