Fresh green soup with smokey pancetta

Recipe Ingredients for Pea and Mint Soup

550 grams Peas, Green
59 grams Pancetta
110 grams Onion Red
1 clove Garlic
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 oz Mint

Recipe Directions for Pea and Mint Soup

Saute pancetta, remove from it's own fat when browned. Drain and set aside. Add onion and garlic to pancetta fat and saute until translucent. Add peas and 1.75 litres of water and stock cube and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and blend until smooth. Before serving sprinkle the pancetta on top and enjoy
