5 serving Ham Flavor Cooking Stock
13 serving Green Split Peas
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Pea and Ham Stock Soup (Home Made)

Chop Celery, Onion and carrots. Add to pressure cooker with stock and split peas. Pressure cook for 12 minutes. May need thinning to serve. (Will be much thinner initially. After cooling will thicken a lot.)
