This is a very tasty stir fry dish, made mainly of onions, but it doesn't take so much like onions, and it tastes and feels full of fat though there's little in it.

Recipe Ingredients for PDQ Stir Fry Onion & Chicken

2 onions
2 stalks celery chopped
3 dash low sodium soy sauce
2 oz sliced mushrooms
1 dash crushed red pepper
1 dash Lawry's seasoned salt
2 tsp Stir fry seasoning mix
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for PDQ Stir Fry Onion & Chicken

  1. Chop or slice onions any way you want them. Chop two stalks celery. More if you want more bulk. It's only about 5 calories a stalk.

  2. Add all ingredients except chicken. Stir fry in a skillet with only a little PAM spray. add an eighth cup water, cover and let steam three minutes.

  3. Uncover and stir fry until water is gone. mixture will appear glazed as if loaded with oil.

  4. Dash in soy sauce and eat. It's very filling.
