Recipe Ingredients for PB&J Smoothie

3 bananas
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blackberries
1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 cup soymilk
3 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for PB&J Smoothie

Toss everything in a blender. Puree until smooth. Use frozen blackberries and/or strawberries to keep the smoothie cold and extra thick.
