Recipe Ingredients for PB&J smoothie

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for PB&J smoothie

  1. Can add a half-capful of vanilla, too.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Drink.
