Recipe Ingredients for PB&J Bites

1 cup chunky natural peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup quinoa
12 oz strawberry preserve

Recipe Directions for PB&J Bites

  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup & 1/3 cup water in a saucepan over medium low heat. STir until peanut butter is melted and ingredients are combined.

  2. In a large bowl, mis together oats, sunflower seeds, and guinoa. Stir in peanut butter misture until well combined.

  3. Line 24 cupcake tins with paper wrappers. Sccop 2 tbsp of mixture into each. Press Down firmly with spatula.

  4. Spread 2 sp of the preserves over it cup. Add 2 more tbsp of mixture on top and press firmly with spatula again.

  5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins until bites begin to brown. Cool in tins for 10 mins.

  6. Store in airtight container.
