Splenda/PB2 No-Bake Choc. Oatmeal Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for PB2 No bakes

42 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
113.4 grams 67% Buttery Spread
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
6 tbsp dry PB2
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for PB2 No bakes

  1. Ingredients

  2. 1 3/4 cups Splenda no calorie

  3. 1/2 cup skim milk

  4. 1/2 cup butter

  5. 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  6. 1/2 cup PB2

  7. 3 cups quick-cooking oats

  8. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  9. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine Splenda, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL and cook for a full 1 1/2 minutes for proper consistency. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and freeze.
