This is a quick and crowd pleasing cookie. Always a hit at our bake sales and so easy to make! -Recipe from Bell Plantation, sugar replaced with supplement for lower calories. Otherwise, 2 cups of sugar instead.

Recipe Ingredients for PB2 Fudge and Oatmeal Cookies

8 serving PB2
16 oz NuNaturals, Pure Erythritol Crystals
4 oz Brummel
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for PB2 Fudge and Oatmeal Cookies

Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in saucepan. Allow mixture to boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add all other ingredients. Drop on wax paper and freeze.
