Recipe Ingredients for PB Oatmeal cookies

3/4 cup dry Steel Cut Oats
4 tbsp Wheat Germ
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4 tbsp Better 'n Peanut Butter Low Sodium
1/4 cup AllWhites
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
3/20 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for PB Oatmeal cookies

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, have rack adjusted to middle position.

  4. Microwave Better 'n Peanut Butter for 1 minute until smooth.

  6. Meanwhile, add quick cooking rolled oats, wheat germ, egg whites, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips and applesauce in a large bowl.

  8. Mix and add in Better 'n Peanut butter.

  10. Using a teaspoon, drop onto a cookie sheet. Use a silicon sheet, they will all turn out even. Bake for 10-11 minutes until lightly golden.
