easy healthy, replace mayo with egg white or regular eggs, thats the equivilant to 1 egg white or 1/2 egg

Recipe Ingredients for PB muffins

1 Egg white
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for PB muffins

mix all and bake on 350 for 12-15 min
