1 tbsp peanut butter, 90 grams
1 teaspoon jelly, 50 grams
2 slices of bread, wheat, 46 per slice=92 grams

Recipe Directions for PB & J Sandwich

  1. Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter on one slice of bread.

  2. Spead 1 teasopn of jelly on the other slice of bread.

  3. Put the slices together, and you're ready to go.
