PB cups made with coconut oil 'chocolate'

Recipe Ingredients for PB Cups

4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 teaspoons honey
6 teaspoons peanut butter

Recipe Directions for PB Cups

  1. Melt together coconut oil, cocoa, and honey.

  2. Pour a little in the bottom of 6 silicon muffin cups.

  3. Put in fridge until firm.

  4. Put a spoonful of peanut butter in each cup.

  5. Cover peanut butter with the remaining 'chocolate'.

  6. Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
