Recipe Ingredients for PB crunch cookies

1 1/2 serving Archer farms simply balanced high protein cinnamon
1/8 c all purpose flour
1/8 c almond meal
1/8 c flax seed meal
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c peanut butter
2 oz Yogurt
1 egg
1/4 c brown sugar
2 teaspoon Truvia

Recipe Directions for PB crunch cookies

  1. Mix wet and power ingredients separately, blend together, then mix in cereal. Form 1.5 in balls, place 2 in apart on ungreased cookie sheets. (May need to grease, given omittion of butter from recipe).

  2. Bake 8-11 min or until light golden brown.
