Porridge and oatmeal on toast with milk for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for PB Breakfast

1/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup skim milk
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbs peanut butter
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for PB Breakfast

  1. Measure oats and water, add a bit of salt.

  2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.

  3. Stir

  4. Microwave on high for 40 seconds.

  5. Let sit 3-4 minutes

  6. Serve with 1/3 cup milk.

  7. Toast bread.

  8. Spread peanut butter on bread.

  9. Serve with 1/2 cup milk.
