1/8 cup honey
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter, organic
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup quick oats
2 tbsp plum jam
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. put everything except oats in the microwave to warm them

  2. stir in oats

  3. bake @ 350 until golden
