1 serving (Publix) fat free salt free rice cakes
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for PB & Banana Rice Cakes

spead peanut butter onto 2 rice cakes. Slice 1 banana and layer onto the peanut butter. Enjoy for breakfast or lunch. I eat it for lunch with 1 1/2 cups of steamed broccoli to get some of my veggie points in.
