Recipe Ingredients for PB Banana Oatmeal Squares

1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/8 cup Sugar Light Brown
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 large mashed banana
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for PB Banana Oatmeal Squares

  1. Mix oat, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

  2. Add in vanilla, milk and egg.

  3. Add in mashed banana and pb.

  4. Pour in a lightly greased 8x8 pan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
